SMS Terms
Sparx Couriers — Text Messaging Terms. Last updated: September 29, 2026.
What These Messages Are
Sparx Couriers LLC (“Sparx”) sends operational text messages to the independent contractors and helpers who work routes for Sparx. These include weekly schedules and availability confirmations, reminders, weekly package-count statements, route issues and payment notices. Sparx does not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
How You Agree to Receive Them
You agree to receive these messages when you sign a Sparx contractor or helper agreement that includes text-message consent, or when you tick the text-message consent box on a Sparx application. Messages come from the phone numbers Sparx uses for business.
How Often
Message frequency varies, typically three to five messages per week.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to Stop
Reply STOP to any message and you will get no further texts from that number, after one confirmation message. Reply START to resume. Opting out of text messages does not end your agreement with Sparx. Sparx will contact you by phone or email for operational matters instead.
How to Get Help
Reply HELP to any message, or call or text Sparx at 602.512.9441.
Delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Sparx does not sell or share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy.
Changes
Sparx may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
